The goal of the Idaho House was to create a livable family sized home within a good school district with a better entertainment layout than we had before. As things go in Santa Monica, land is everything, and it is more cost effective to build than to buy. Hence, a 1929 small Spanish house was replaced with a 2007 architectural home.

House of Concrete and Steel
So here is the bones of the house. Prior to the steel, we called it "Stonehenge Santa Monica".
